Warranty Policy

Limitation of Liability :

1/ Nothing in these warranty terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“Act”) and the warranty conditions must be read in conjunction with those rights.

2/ Where these conditions would otherwise be subject to the Act and you are acquiring the goods and/or services supplied by StarterPower distributors for business purposes, you agree the Act will not apply.

3/ Subject to the forgoing , we exclude all statutory or implied conditions and warranties to the extent permitted by law.

4/ To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability under any condition or warranty which cannot legally be excluded to:
Repair or replacement of the goods supplied

Where the goods have not exceeded 12 months or 20,000 km of travel, whichever occurs first from the date of purchase.

5/ NOTE IMPORTANT – any potential claim must be discussed and action agreed with the S.P distributor who supplied the goods. SP Distributors will take no responsibility for actions initiated by customers without prior agreement
